Our Story
We started our food truck business adventure in the spring of 2020, and we've continued to grow and learn ever since. The owners - Darrel and Mary Ann Stice - gave up 20-plus year careers in education and the medical field to fulfill their lifelong dreams of owning their own business. We have two mobile units operating all over the valley, so keep your eyes open because you never know where they'll pop up next! We also recently opened the brand new Cool Therapy Mobile Oasis, serving cool drinks and Hawaiian shave ice all over the valley!

While we love the fun nature of our menu (have you seen our churro sundaes?), don't be fooled. We take what we do very seriously. The quality of our food and customer satisfaction are our main focus. Being a small business, we know how important it is to always be at the top of our game and to provide top-notch food and service, so we strive every shift every day to serve delicious, mouth watering and eye-popping menu items to our customers!
